Site IT Technician

We're looking for a Site IT Technician to join our team and ensure seamless technical operations. You'll collaborate closely with global IT teams, and you’ll be asked to take responsibility for and manage device lifecycles while providing real-time support for hardware and software issues.
As part of our dynamic organization, you'll have the chance to shape processes, improve documentation, and contribute to exciting organizational projects. This job is mainly based in Lier, but you may occasionally need to travel to our office in Tøyen. Flexibility is important, as you might also provide after-hours support in this role.
What you’ll do as Site IT Technician with us
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure seamless functionality
- Manage device and license lifecycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and Oda's device pool maintenance
- Provide technical support for Google, Apple, Windows, ChromeOS, and Zebra equipment
- Oversee device management in MDM systems like Kandji, SOTI, Google, and Microsoft Intune
- Maintain IT Asset inventory and stock management
- Document and enhance processes for ongoing improvement
- Provide after-hours support or urgent issues and assist with projects

The following will probably be helpful 💡
- Experience in technical support and understanding of networking equipment
- Good knowledge of web and video conferencing tools like Google Meet
- Comfortable using both Mac and Windows operating systems
- Some experience with MDM solutions and endpoint management is a plus
- Basic project management skills to help keep projects on track and within budget
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and a Nordic language
